The Olathe Food Pantry received
a gracious donation of new KU 2008 Championship T-shirts and caps that
are available for $10 each; all donations go to the Food Pantry.
Pick yours up on Wednesday evening or Sunday morning.

Emma
Lyman Scholarship -- The Emma Lyman Scholarship fund was
established for seminary and/or college students who are members of 1st
Presbyterian Church, Olathe. Currently enrolled students, or
those planning to attend in the Fall, may be eligible to receive this
scholarship. Money will be distributed on a need basis.
Applications may be picked up from the church office. Completed
applications must be turned in to the church office by May 9, 2008. An established
committee will review the applications and notification letters will be
mailed soon after May 9.

at
Work" has resumed Tuesday evenings beginning at 6:30pm.
Come help with
projects throughout this remodel project. Ramon Blachly is
coordinator for each week's work. |
Phase
II of remodel:
The key objective of Phase II is to create an
identifiable
south entry area, improve the exterior of that entrance, revitalize
Fellowship Hall and office space, and create a welcoming, flexible and
efficient
